I'm sad :/

Hey, guys. I feel myself sad. Sorry for being direct. It’s that sometimes seems that things will not get better. I’m afraid of people. I don’t talk to them. I’m always really scared of what the others will think about me. I want to have a great life, but sometimes I can’t see any progress. It seems that I’m always looking for negativity. Negativity doesn’t come to me. I go to negativity (sorry for my bad English). I hope you guys are fine. Thanks for reading this.

Not yet. I’m studying Advertise (e-learning). I’m not looking for a job until I get my degree.

Thanks! I want to finish them. I really love to study, but sometimes I get down. I feel like that I won’t fulfill my dreams. It makes me sad.

I get that way too. I get very sad about my state of affairs and wonder if it’s ever going to get better. I take it one day at a time. I know that sounds cliche’ but it’s very true. I think it’s healthy to have do-able goals like school. I am in school too. I can only take 2 classes per quarter but at least I am going. Good for you for going to school and for having goals! That is very commendable. I am sorry you are having a rough day. I have been there. Keep your chin up! :slight_smile:

good to see you again, brugluiz. things might be tough now, but I know they will get better.

I used to have a lot of negativity too. turns out that there were certain things that were reinforcing it. when I slowly parted from those activities, I stopped feeling negative.

also, there is positivity. sometimes the positivity is so small that we don’t appreciate it. but it’s there and we need to fairly observe it as equally as we observe the negativity.

Hang in their brugluiz. Mental illness is a difficult thing to live with. That does not mean there are not good days. I hope you have better days soon. Remember to think of positive things in life. Try not to worry so much about what others think, maybe instead you could think about what you feel about yourself and try to find ways to improve yourself. That is something I try to do from time to time. And remember this forum is here to help us sufferers, don’t feel ashamed to share.

I feel sad too, for not being able to sleep, for not being able to have a normal life with work and study and now, at least I got a benefit from the government, at least something good happened.

Disability insurance, I think it is called in US.

Where have you been?
I hope things get better for you.
Try to keep a positive attitude.
As well , not always you can fulfill all your dreams because it is not in your hands.
I have not dreams but realistic expectations to succeed very well professionally, but I can’t do it because of health problems.
Not everything is in our hands.

I learned about the structure of a motivational speech. I think learning is the best thing that happened.

Hey, @Erez_Shmerling. I have been studying Advertising and English. Those are thimgs that I like to do and I can see some improvement in my studies. I’m learning new things and I’m watching some TED Talks. I can see improvement related to my studies. Some time ago I just watched Netflix but now I’m studying and preparing myself for the future :smiley:. Thanks :slight_smile:.
