I'm restless

I’ve been pacing my apartment for the last hour. I’ve been hearing a voice say my name today but it doesn’t bother me…they used to call me names and tell me to hurt myself, so just saying my name is a relief. Thank you, Cobenfy, for that!

I sure hope that used car passes inspection this week so i can buy it. I’m looking forward to having AWD on the icy streets. I’m also starting my dTMS tomorrow and am nervous about that.

I’m so restless i feel like i could burst! My dog is looking at me like I’m nuts for walking around the apartment! I hope you’ve had a good weekend!

When I went through severe Ativan withdrawal years ago, I couldn’t stop pacing around my house.

It’s annoying and frustrating.

I wonder if this is part Ativan withdrawal then…they gave it out like candy in the hospital and didn’t write me a script when i got out last Tuesday.

When was your last Ativan dose?

You should get a stationary bike. I have one and when I get restless I jump on it for a bit and then I feel better. Hope this helps.

A week and a half ago…

The worst of your withdrawal should be over by now.

Thanks @TheCanuk! I think it’s just normal restlessness, then. It’ll be okay.

Speaking of Ativan… might take 0.5 mg myself soon to help me sleep. Have to be up early because my mom is coming over for a visit.

Could it be akathisia? For me that manifests as pacing

Moving to DX’d - Other.

If I feel like that on an AP I take 2 mg of benztropine in the morning and 1 mg at night and it calms my nerves right down. I don’t need it on my current meds but have in the past. But I will say low dose benztropine did not help me - I needed the 3 mg total per day.
