So its stupid but my voices remind me not to be dehydrated.

That voice is your conscience and it is a very good thing.

Just make sure you don’t drink too much that can be bad

I feel like a candle like a flame. I may have severe heartburn
I need this feeling to go away.

I got heartburn every day too, I go through a lot of tums and chocolate milk.

I’ve been told by voices to brush my teeth before. Although I’m pretty close to disavowing all voice information, even the positive stuff.

I get heartburn every day, too. I haven’t looked it up, but it started when I started Lithium.

I’m the past, my voices have told me, “Keep going.”
