Yeesh!

At least I know I’m doing it. I’m taking some time off of work…starting to slide down the rabbit hole again. I’m not eating, sleeping, showering…etc.

I’m slipping myself. It’s good you have insight though.

If you’re not sleeping then call your medical team. That’s definetely a big warning sign.
