I'm passive with fear. I need someone to decide for me

I’m skint. Not a cent to my name.
I’ve asked everyone I could think of for a loan, but even the ones who usually say yes have said no.

The only one I haven’t asked who might say yes is my mother.
But I promised her I’d only ask if it was an emergency.

At one hand, I really need the money asap, on the other hand I don’t want to have her think any less of me or ask me any questions.

I’m passive and indecisive.
I need someone to either tell me to go ahead and message her, or that I need to lay off.

Is it an emergency? Will you be able to eat if you don’t ask?

i think asking for money is a bad habit to get into. are you still working and living in greece? if you cant afford it maybe it’s time to move back home, plus you seem really stressed lately. i don’t know it’s your life, but if you borrow money you should pay it back, and maybe it’s a good time to give up costly vices like smoking if you smoke. less takeout and more rice and beans things like that. i borrowed money from a friend once, i paid him back but i still regret ever asking for money. now i think he thinks less of me.

I have a buttload of pasta at home, and can keep my bloodsugar up at work with coffe and hot chocolate from the free machine

I would hold off on asking. People will stop helping if you keep having to ask for it. I went through a period in life where I ate nothing but pasta. But, I did take a multivitamin every day
