Large areas with lots of people is really not a good idea if not done in a while. I got that feeling of being scared and anxious maybe a hint of paranoia … Paranoid schizophrenia maybe ?
I remember in one of your posts you talked about raising meds. Did this realise?

No have not raised them. But I thought it might be because I didn’t go out in a while and when I did right into central London. Huge buildings tall people lots of people …

Only happened there. As there was a lot of people on the streets dealing or at least I thought they were

I can’t tell you much it was mostly anxiety. Also a lot of people there sleeping rough kinda scared me walking past them as I was alone as some of them were drunk.

My heart felt funny wether it was beating as fast as I thought I don’t know. But I did feel bit scared.
Ok, @anon80629714, it sounds like you were just a little anxious and scared. That is all. I wouldn’t worry about paranoia so much.

I get overwhelmed in big cities
When I was young didn’t bother me too much
I want to change and get back to feeling comfortable in cities again

@SkinnyMe ‘s help was spot on. @anon80629714 you’re right. It probably had something to do with not being out in a while then going out to such an overwhelming place.

2 years ago I was on a bus and I could not help but think everyone was staring at me and noticing that I was not acting quite right. I felt so paranoid I ended up pretending to look at my phone. But even though that was not so long ago, I don’t think I would ever act like that now. It felt overwhelming.
