Back on meds
The depot. I’m not anti med anymore. I understand they really do help people snap back to reality.
I will cease meds when I feel ready. I hope everyone on this forum is OK.

Olanzapine controlled my psychosis at very high doses (40mg/day) but wreaked havoc on my weight and health. After about 17 years I am no longer on it. Now taking 60mg of Lurasidone and doing much better.
