I once quit meds and relapsed 6 months later. Now I’m probably on meds for life. I wish you the best but be careful.
I was once off medications and got involuntary hospitalized 10 years ago. Maybe, I would be on meds for the rest of my life.
I’m not anti meds. I just lost faith in them working for me.
