It is strengthening to me as I had always suppressed fear before.

I understand. Some feelings I avoid feeling. But if I just sit quietly for 90 seconds and allow myself to feel the feelings, they lessen by 50%.

When I am dreaming recently I feel this HUGE fear of being alone, which I kind of am already, it makes me cry in agony in my dreams then I wake up n not feel as sensitive about it.
But I am very alone it is true
