Slow weight loss is a lot healthier than rapid weight loss so don’t worry.

yea, but i guess, but still wish i can lose weight faster.

The more rapid the weight loss the faster you can gain it all back.
Trust me, a slower weight loss is healthier.

Rapid weight loss is not recommended especially if you suffer from a fatty liver like me.

My goal weight is 55 kg but I’m only 160 Cm.

55 kg for you would be very skinny since your taller than me.

I think 60 kg would be healthier for you.

I was 55.8 kg but then came my birthday and other events and I put on a couple of kg.

It’s incredibly difficult for me to loose a couple kg.
I don’t want to eat less as that would not be healthy and I don’t want a eating disorder.

As from this week I stopped buying home white bread.
I only have Ezekiel bread at home or pumpernickel.
I’m aloud to eat white bread out at a cafe though just not have it in my home as it’s a weakness of mine and I binge eat bread.

me too, i love to eat, i dont want have a eating disorder, i think i do, i overeat thats a disorder i think. i love candy and junkfood.

I’ve reached a plateau as well.
I’ve been stuck at 199 lbs for a while now.

But at least I’m not gaining.

I’ve lost 10lbs in a week before but I was doing an intense daily cardiovascular regimen to accomplish that. This new year I was able to do 5lbs a week though I wasn’t able to continue after 2 weeks. 2.5lbs a week is the recommended amount of weight to lose.

This is extreme.
1 pound a week is ideal.

My solution was to just stop weighing myself. I can’t fight my slow metabolism any more. When I was in my twenties I could eat two cartons of ice cream and not gain a pound.
