I’m extremely irritable. All I have in the house is health food. Vegetables, fruit, nuts, legumes, no meat, no cheese, no sweets of any kind. I have nothing. I didn’t get anything good to eat when I went to the store yesterday. All I can think about is a big juicy cheeseburger or something horribly fattening like that. I mean come on

I’m this close to doing Doordash and getting some junk food.
chicken is better than a greasy burger that is for sure

You’re having cravings for a reason. Maybe you don’t need super greasy food, but your body is letting you know it needs fat and protein right now.
