For months I have had difficulty falling asleep at night. Now, I’m ready to give in to it. Stay up and do quiet activities. There’s nothing stopping me from sleeping during the day, so why not?
Maybe get up a bit earlier. Then you’ll be tired at night and fall asleep ? Also avoid caffeine(tea and coffee and soft drinks)
It’s just that in the morning I’m always am at my worst so would rather sleep then.
