@roxanna It is obvious that you are delusional and may be not on meds. All these fears came from your delusions but not from your neighbors. I had similar fears years ago when I was not on meds. I thought one of my neighbors was my enemy who rented the flat to harrass me to monitor me. Now any noise my neighbors made is just normal for me, no longer intepreted as a threat to me because I have been on enough dose of antipsychotics.
Hope you still have good enough mind to listen to us.

I just took my meds . Not when someone else hears the same thing you did pn one instance. Im trying to listen to music right now and fall asleep.
