is it true eating more makes lose weight, but the right food though, now im 252 i hope i can break 250 barrier by monday. i thought eating less makes you lose weight but it stalls your metabolism. now i understand.

Eating all the vegetables you want contributes to weight loss. I was encouraged to eat as much vegetables as I liked.

yea its okay i dont put salt on anything else, so thats my sodium intake of the day.
