That’s great I’m glad to hear BTW vitamin C tablets is another option which is perhaps more practical.

I have gastroparesis and GERD. I also have diabetes 2.
I was told, specifically no tomatoes, no citrus, etc. I’m not saying it’s a BAD idea. I’ll just have to ask.

I know the struggle! I used to throw up everything after one hour. Thankfully, I was able to be stabilized.
Physical symptoms/illnesses can make you depressed. I’m a living example.
Please know that you are not alone, my friend. We’re here for you.
Thanks so much. I wish I could find a support group for gastroparesis, GERD, and diabetes 2. I’m more stable today. It’s a good feeling to not be alone.
Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome community has a lot of members with gastroparesis. You can ask people in Rareconnect as well.
