I haven’t slept all night I was euphoric at night time and quickly turned into irritation and dysphoria at midnight. I couldn’t sleep (eyes won’t shut) and I was hearing voices lol. Fun ass night :’).

It’s okay, hopefully I didn’t come out like a ■■■■■ I just needed to vent a lil. I will but I know he’s going to hesitate to change anything. I’ll be alright, LOL. Thank you for your comment Gina I appreciate it.

Yeah mania can be euphoric or dysphoric. I have had both. It’s rough, you getting both in one night. Hope this doesn’t last too long for you.

I hope so too. So far I’m getting through this. LOL its 11 am here so I hope it gets better by night so I can sleep even though I feel like I am coursing with energy. LOL

When I get manic it typically doesn’t last all that long. Maybe 5 to 7 days at most. I guess all the energy burns itself out quickly. The depressions can go on forever though. Weeks and months.

Definitely it sucks the reserves of energy and some more from god knows where. I have been on a low up until now for 2 months.
