Have you tried excersie? It will tire you out!!! anything swimming, walking, jogging, fitness class, yoga, pilates.
Or walking barefoot on the earth - called grounding.
A healthy diet helps lots fruit and veg and nuts like Brazil nuts pistachio nuts and almonds
I also try to wear myself out with walking
Are you on anxiety meds? Also, diet especially caffeine can have an effect.

There are other meds besides benzos that can really help. Maybe talk to your pdoc about a ssri or an snri. They really do help. I even read an article the other day that said they work. I take pristiq and I worry a lot less now. I am not the only one. I know others that are greatly helped by these type of meds.
Also drink plenty of water.
Well @anon20318121 my doc gave me gabapentin, non addictive, can take you from a 10 to a 6 on the anxiety meter. I, also, take l theanine.
Do you drink coffee, tea, caffeinated sodas, energy drinks?
