Thanks for the update, I`m more of a lurker around here these days but I remembering seeing you regularly.

I`m taking 1 gram of sarcosine everyday with little improvement, but I’ll look into the supplement you’re currently taking.

I was heading towards a relapse and had to go on Vraylar. It’s hard to tell if it has helped out my negs at all. Heck of a letdown to be honest after the big fuss people made over it. I’ll have to ask my doctor about your supplement.
