I was in the hospital for 4 weeks. I was being monitored for hypothyroidism and bunch of other things including mental health. Gained over 7 pounds but I don’t look overweight, so this is good enough. I always end up losing a few pounds after hospitalization. I still have hallucinations and delusions but so far, things are so much better. I’m thinking about living in a residential treatment centre but I have to apply to grad school and my mom is nervous about sending me to a residential treatment centre because of certain dangers of living with other people. Otherwise, I’m maintaining a healthy conversation with my mother so that I can return to stabilization somehow.

Glad to read that you’re out of the hospital.
I think a residential treatment center could do you some good to get some independence. Especially since you mentioned that your mom can be toxic. It might not be easy in the beginning but it could help you in the process of becoming an independent adult.
Either way, good luck!
Hope you’re feeling better glad you can finally leave the hospital
Honestly, I think you’d start feeling better about yourself if you went to the residential treatment center because you always feel like a huge burden at home and that would take all that undeserved guilt away.
Take care @whirling-leaves
