I’m able to read and enjoy it again! With music but still this is a HUGE accomplishment for me! I haven’t been able to read with actual enjoyment for a very long time. Before it was such a struggle for me I could barely read and I was about to give up but with the new meds taking over I feel optimistic!

I can read. I started off doing a little at a time I tend only do it in afternoon or evening . It’s a joy to be able to read

That’s great news! I am struggling to get through long texts and books. I keep forgetting what I just read. I used to be an avid reader so it sucks.,

@Moon yes some meds can help depending on what’s going on if you’ve never been able to read then it won’t but if you’ve been a reader before some help
@jukebox I’m not to fast of a reader never have but I am better than I was
@mjseu I use an e-reader a lot I can adjust the letter size

I was never a strong reader but developing sza made it almsot impossible and it bothers me. I used to be able to read books within a week now i barely can finish a paragraph and understand it

@Moon that’s a focus problem ask your pdoc for some help maybe they can help

@Moon there may also be an underlying extra problem that they can diagnose and help with
