I’m going to start seeing a therapist on October 8th and I’ll see him for at least six months twice a month. I only saw a therapist one time before in 2016 after I got home from being involuntarily committed and he realized I don’t talk a lot and I never went back. I’m hoping I can find things to talk about with this new therapist. He’s a nice guy from my ACT program and I see him at groups sometimes and talk to him a little bit sometimes. My main problem I need to work on right now is social skills.

It’s a good idea to have a goal like that for therapy I think.
