Adele is boring. 1515
You wouldn’t like her, because her music all has lyrics. She has a pretty voice, but all her songs are super depressing and about breakups.

The song hello makes me want to hurl myself off of a skyscraper.

I think she’s incredibly over rated. But she’s worth over $100 million, so somebody likes her! 
Thank you @Jimbob I’m with you. Lovely voice but the music is just terrible. My new radio station plays a LOT of Adele, thinking of changing to a new radio station already.

They’re selling for so much more than I paid for but it’s not legal for me to sell them above what I paid for
my general rules on music… popularity of an artist has nothing to do with actual talent mostly because the charts are heavily influenced by the 8-14 year olds… and lets be honest that age group has not been around long enough to actual know crap about music… pop music is def not the only genre that has become a mass producing cookie cutter by the formula they have been using forever machine… the state of rap country and even rock are all filled full of these lip singing somebody else wrote all my songs puppets that make record companies millions… it feels soulless and hollow… its very hard to find actual artists amongst the throng of crap that is so heavily over saturating the industry the future looks bleak. but it does make it all the sweeter when you find a group of artists who are masters of their craft and do it for the love of music…
I watched the Jackie chan johnny Knoxville buddy movie… Jackie chan and a bunch of Mongolians sing adeles rolling in the deep and it was cool…i like the Mongolians choice in instruments… sorry to the pop lovers I know there are successful people in every genre who actual are masters of music and do it because its in their souls…but for every one who does it for love…theres 50 more cookie cutter puppets who do it for all the wrong reasons…

I think when someone gets that popular, people who don’t care for them feel pressed to understand and explain why. Most things we don’t care for, we are able to mostly ignore.
