If you take meds twice a day do you take them exactly 12 hours apart?

These last couple of weeks it feels like the 1st meds of the day don’t last 12 hours

Yes. I take my Abilify twice per day, sharply at 08:00 and again at 20:00.

I also take meds for my heart dysrythmia and diabetes at the same time each day.

I take meds three times a day. My majority (5+support vitamins etc) is right before bed (including Seroquel), more Seroquel getting up, and more Seroquel at 4:00pm. Sort of evenly through the day.

Nope. I take Lithium Carbonate twice per day.

I take morning meds between 8 AM and 10 AM, which includes Lithium Carbonate. I take nighttime meds between 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM, which includes my second dose of Lithium Carbonate.

I take Seroquel right before I get ready for bed, so between 8 PM and 10 PM. But I only take that one once per day.
