I don’t lie much but when I do it is not necessarily a nice feeling even if it has some ‘protective reason’

I’m better than I was but I’m not good and do have bad days.

I’d stop pressing my lips together over and over. It’s a nervous habit that I’ve done ever since a child.

Make my mouth stop twitching to the side

My intrusive thoughts and talking my thoughts out loud.

I was smoking a vape, I quit for a whole month, my anxiety skyrocketed. I started smoking cigarettes back, I wanna stop it in the future but it’s a battle.
