Are we supposed to forget about having SZ?

Would that mean we doing well…

I think there comes a point where you start to think about it less and less as it starts to bother you less.

When I first found out I had SZ, I was reading and searching everything I could find on it, now I just come here and to a chat room for SZ, not thinking about it all the time

I believe in a period of time we need to forget it to prevent triggering and after we became more stable, we should come back to it to be not always afraided of remembering it,

There were times for me when I downright forgot I had the illness. The focus was so much on another problem that sz was invisible by comparison. Coming back this second time has been very rough, but I never gave up hope and trust that I was in good hands.
