If someone finds out I'm mentally ill they ask me "What did you ever do?"

Is MI that direct a result of sin? Living in an atmosphere of unrecognized mistrust, which came first, the suspicion or the sin? How can I confess if I can’t remember. MI is its own punishment, anyway. I’m bummed. I’m no saint, but I don’t want to be in a rut of self incrimination.

I don’t believe it’s a punishment, even though it feels like it. Many more people, and different people, would have MI if it were a punishment. It’s a condition of living in an imperfect world with imperfect bodies/minds.

Both pdocs and normies have implied that it is punishment. I like your definition better. You would not deny that we have been hurt, then?

Yes, @PinCushion, we are hurt.

Ha…stupid normies…their way of thinking also puts unbabtized babies and children conceived outside of marriage on the go straight to hell list…guess how many ■■■■■ you should give about these opinions…

People without MI haven’t got a clue what it’s like for us so they’ll resort to ignorance and superstition to make it fit their understanding of the universe. We didn’t do anything to get landed with this thing…

When I told my friend, “I don’t understand why this is happening” about SMI.

She said, “It’s good you don’t understand because there is no reason. There is no why.”

I know there is a lot more to our lives than sz…and like I said somewhere I’m not perfect…no one is. But in my mind I never have had bad thoughts or wished anyone harm. I still got Sz

That is just plan unfair. But so is everything in this sz life it seems. When I tell people the overwhelming reaction has been “oh, that makes so much sense” …no joke
