I drink about five glasses of water a day…day 8 for me stopping smoking…it’s about time !!
If you drink whenever you are thirsty and never otherwise, you should be fine. Our bodies know best.
I’ve heard some health nuts who exercise say they are addicted to that, they get antsy when they can’t work out. I heard Arnold Schwarzenegger say in an interview he felt like he was cumming when he was working out.
Maybe you can get addicted to exercise, that is something healthy.
I get uncomfortable within when I’ve gone more than two days without my yoga. Uncomfortable meaning both psychologically and physically. So, heck yes it’s addictive! And I’m so glad.
Exercise! It’s good for you and doing it regularly is no problem

There is also jogger’s high which is when the chemicals that exercise creates gives a euphoria similar to recreational drugs.
Never had it myself, but have felt better after a good strenuous work out so can definitely identify with it.
I’ve experienced runners high back when I was in my late 20’s and running was expected of me by the Air Force. I remember it being absolutely exhilarating.
