It’s a powder. It’s called sarcosine, and it works.

Sarcosine didn’t work for me but Bupropion(Wellbutrin) did, but I got very lucky that it didn’t make me psychotic, which often happens for ppl with sz who take it.

It’s otc. You can buy it online from the ads on this site. I was skeptical of it at first, but it really works well! It takes a couple months for it to kick in, though.

I could definitely use something for motivation. Motivation is one thing that I struggle with from time to time.

For most people it takes a couple months. I noticed a difference after a week.

I was taking it for over 3 years. It helped my memory but in the end I decided it wasnt worth the price.

I found L-theanine to improve my motivation without increasing anxiety. Have you tried L-theanine?
