Yes, if it is a pill that can be cut. Some meds, like Latuda, shouldn’t be cut cuz it affects absorption.

Some pills are ok to cut even if they don’t have a dividerline, like for instance zyprexa. Hospital or official healthservice resources sometimes provide a list that clarifies how different medications can be taken. If your nurse told you so it should be ok. Half a pill should be more or less 12.5mg.
