When I got ill after having the antidepressant, it was instant when I got to see someone though. Just a shame they wait until you have completely hit rock bottom before you’re seen.

I had auditory, visual and tactile hallucinations. I was delusional too. No mania.

Have you been able to order your hallucinations to stop?
Are your hallucinations fully interactive?
Such as once I hallucinated a fully life-like lady who got intimate with me through her touch.
I told her it was an inappropriate time as I had other responsibilities at that time.
She apologised and vanished.

Just the auditory ones were interactive. I would have conversations with the voices I heard (in my head).

Various things, random discussions, sexual stuff, arguments, some threats. It was all over the map.

Hmmm. Mine discuss philosophy literature, art, economics and such. They aren’t voices though. Just lights guiding me and images to convey how people from my past felt and so on…
They also deeply root out my subconscious and guide me through healing.

I have severe negative symptoms that don’t go away even with meds and CBT. I may still have some delusions about some things but those don’t seem so bad. For example I thought there was going to be a severe worldwide earthquake this year but now it’s New Year’s Eve and there was no earthquake.
