If I don’t
Get the dishes done
Make the vegetarian chili
Take out the garbage
Carry up my laundry
Get to bed early
Then this day is worthless
Like so many other days
Please do not base your identity on what you do. They are high and lofty goals. Your life is not a waste if you do not accomplish all of those things. You matter.
Maybe choose one and start there?
