Looks like a good start to the day to me
It was sparked when I was looking up how to read more and the YouTuber said exercising before reading was a good idea. I always feel like poop so eating and drinking I guess has to come first lol
It’s kinda based on the 4 virtues as well temperance, fortitude, justice and prudence. Anyways enough rambling that’s my 2 cents
