My favorite blizzard is chocolate ice cream and peanut butter cups. But I actually prefer frozen custard. My favorite is a sundae with chocolate frozen custard and Spanish peanuts with hot fudge. Absolutely delicious!

My most popular weird flavours I make are:

  1. Maple with candied bacon
  2. Jalapeno swirl
  3. Drunken cranberry (I soak Craisins in rum)
  4. Chocolate diablo (chocolate ice cream with a good hit of cayenne)

I kind of do. Big part of the reason I learned to make my own.

You don’t want to know what gelato made with real vanilla costs when purchased retail.
