I have some 12 kilos (24 pounds) extra weight and I would like to lose this weight. Any good suggestions?
Only the obvious… Exercise and good diet!
I had a european friend, she told me: (i’m translating) breakfast like a champ. Split your lunch with a friend and leave dinner to your enemies.
I’m more or less following my fitness pal app.
I lost 10kg in the past month just by eating less & walking.
I walk every day when the sun comes up or goes down for around 45mins to an hour just around the block because i’m in a nice estate area and I’ve been eating a lot of things like wholemeal bread with boiled eggs lettuce and tomatos and a lot of veggie burger type meals with the occasional big meal.
And I’ve cut down my cappuccino consumption from 5+ cups a day to around 3.
Watch what you eat and put in and exercise you don’t even have to lift weights to get slimmer just walking does the job.
I honestly reckon its harder with the schiz meds though, because before hand I ate around the same food each day but I was working and walking a lot I guess, but I ate around the same and kept the weight down to a really slim weight.
Than when I became schiz I stayed around the house to much and ate a lot of takeaway and drank a lot of beers - so I put weight in fast especially with the meds.
I feel like you just need to push a little harder with the schiz meds to keep the weight off or just walk a lot get out and about. but that’s pretty hard for some people just to leave the house. maybe a treadmill and light weights could help and eating healthier would work too.
I also have 12 kilos extra weight and would like to lose it.
I walk every 2-3 days for about 30 min, lost 6 kilos so far.
I guess I need to keep it up.
Or maybe I need to push a little harder if I want to lose faster.
I try to eat less but it’s kinda difficult for me.
So I focus on the exercise.
I lost 75 lbs on this diet without exercising and I never went hungry. I lost about 2 lbs a week.
