I would give them something, but don’t have any money in my bank account. It’s all stowed away in another place. I’m pretty angry right now. I really hate it when people meddle in my personal life.

I won’t be able to get to the bank until next Wednesday, when I have transportation. Then I can send them money over the internet, but they won’t get as much as they expect. Their expectations are ridiculous.
Who are “they”?
