I only had three hours of sleep last night, but, I feel fine. I have no other MI symptoms other than my sleep. And that’s a biggie. I’m sure glad I don’t have to go anywhere today. I had a mental health worker, a nurse, tell me once that I should know that when I don’t get much sleep, I shouldn’t go out, or do anything, or make any decisions.
Maybe you can have a nap during the day ?
Yes, I might be able to nap later on. I never know for sure.
The last few nights I’ve been getting 3 to 4 hours of sleep. I’ve taken a nap here and there if needed. I wonder what’s up with that. I don’t have any signs of mania. I can’t remember is too little sleep a sign of depression as well? I seem to remember reading that at one time but ignored it because I always sleep like 15 hours or more a day when I’m depressed.
