Yeah, I got to sleep, and I when I did I slept A LOT. I feel much better now. The lack of sleep was really affecting me.

YAY! So glad to hear you finally got some good rest. I crashed hard after being up 38 hours and I figured you would too.

Yeah, I slept for something like 16 hours. I don’t remember quite how late I was up. I feel much better today.
The proper way to use melatonin is 1-3 mg 3-4hrs before desired sleep time. Much less than you would imagine. Consistently day after day, it’ll help you stay consistent.
