I went to funeral

I went to my 94 year old neighbors funeral
With mum
Went to church and got anxiety wanted to run out however I managed to stay
I just get repeating positive affirmation and I got through the hour

I can’t go to full churches anymore too, too many people and noise.

I dont like funerals. Too intence. I would not go to one unless it was a close family members funeral.
