But I think that might be a bit of a non-starter for many here. So maybe I’ll just jot down a few concerns I related to you all and show them to her. I think that’s a safer option.
I just have trouble verbalizing what’s going on in my life when I’m in a session, and think it would be helpful if they were more up to date on what’s going on with me.
What I do is if I make a post here that I feel is really appropriate to how I am feeling, is I copy and paste it into my phone notes. Then I bring it up w my therapist. Like I showed her some of the poems I put on here and stuff.
