For sure. I know this is weird but sometimes I do a bit of cleaning and I feel good once it is clean. It’s the small victories and that’s what counts.
Is it just me or are you guys more active when you go into a psycosis. I find myself more inspiration in the crazyness, don’t know if that is a good thing.
I have a tendency to go into hiding when I am bad. It’s not the same for everyone.
Where do you hide from your mind?
Obviously you can’t hide from your mind. But you can do things that are healing, distracting and relaxing. Have a peaceful mindset helps. Also medications help. If you go to your doctor right away. I need quiet when I am experiencing hallucinations. Which is hard with five kids. Taking preventative action before I am huddled in a corner, is most important for me. If you feel yourself breaking down, take action before you get out of control.
I’m mainly talking about not being on any social media when I have problems.
One can use fantasy to hide one’s mind.
Like imagine that you are in a locked room in your mind?
