I would say ignore them, let these thoughts pass without acting towards it. Maybe sit down and focus on your breath.
Engage in some activity and keep yourself busy. So no time to listen to such thoughts.
I agree with @pr21 get involved in something. Put your mind into doing something.

yea like the others said, occupy your mind with other things and try to let those thoughts pass.
