I want to try my best,been eating sugar and playing games

I was controlling my sugar intake really well for two months,mostly didn’t drink things that had added sugar,and furthermore I spend my free time only watching YouTube,Netflix and reading.For close to two weeks,I relapse into eating an drinking sugary stuff,and then I played games to past time.It’s not like the worst thing the world to do,but these habit do reduce my focus and concentration on important things in life,I want to try get back in control on these two habits.I can still eat/drink sugary stuff,but in control and for gaming if possible totally stopped playing
