I want to take my meds early

I can’t stay away from caffeine. I’m taking the hard road. Anyway, I want to take my meds and hour early. Anybody else ?

It’s about an hour before my meds too. I take them early sometimes, doesn’t really change anything. I think it’s okay to take them just an hour early.

My pdoc says as long as I take them sometime in the morning and sometime in the evening I don’t need to worry about exact times.

Yeah I feel better if I take it at the same time so I don’t forget or don’t remember taking them.
