I want to start cooking

I eat a lot of TV dinners and I’m tired of it. I wanna sinch up on my diet, I want to cook healthy and stay on it… Besides the TV dinners I’ve been eating a lot of frozen veggies that I cook in a skillet and I’ve really really enjoyed cooking it every meal so I think that cooking all meals will be fun but I also hope it won’t be as pricey as all of these TV dinners because we’re drowning because of it… The more calorie the TV dinner is it seems the cheaper it is and I feel that’s wrong but something has to change

I’m debating on doing a sugar purge at some point but I’m not sure

I live with my mom, and her and I switch off on cooking one night and the other doing dishes that night. It works for us.

I cook all the time because it’s too expensive to buy TV dinners now there are books you can go on YouTube and see how to cook about anything

@DrZen yeah it’s costly to get tv dinners

@anon2030207 he doesn’t eat veggies

@Twialine that’s a little bit more difficult if he doesn’t eat veggies. You can put some cheese on them, or for some veggies a little brown sugar (sautéed squash is yummy with brown sugar).

I ate 3 granola bars for dinner. Was too unmotivate to make a can of soup lol. Sometimes i eat like that when i cant get myself to make anything. Its better than nothing.
I eat lots of cereals.
My gf cooks lots of good meals though.

Your bf should take a fiber supplement if no vegetables. I think you can get long term digestive problems if you dont eat any vegetables.

I used to rarely eat them but i got used to it eventually. Im not a foodie by any means. I eat to survive lol

I’m not sure but problems may arise if you’re cooking for just one. The expense of two adults just cooking for themselves may mean you’re not saving any money.

I used to cook grilled food a long time ago. Hamburgers, fries, corn dogs and such. Not very healthy stuff. I don’t think I know how to cook healthy stuff.
