I want to set up some goals for next year

all the things i wanted to do when i got sicker than sick.

i want to make realistic goals now that i am doing better and also to consider goals of when i was younger into the picture.

things like getting into shape physically mentally emotionally. via old fashioned methods like reading, music practice phys ed exercise – but with definite goals i n mind.

they say that us with sz don’t operate with goals in mind.

i am going to try it.
