Why not wait until inspiration strikes? I’m sure the quality of the video will be better if you feel motivated to make it and have fun doing so, rather than making a video just to make one. 
I was inspired to do a quick Nicolas cage impresssion and see what happened. I hadn’t done him in a while
anything funny will do. You could try karaoke!
