If your parents can’t or won’t take you to the hospital, is there an emergency services number you can call? It’s 911 in the U.S., I’m not sure what it is in Israel.

Here’s some information. It says you should be covered. If you need to go and your parents won’t take you, call an ambulance and get there on your own.
