I want to do mindfulness

But not sure if I will succeed


In my group next week we are going to work on mindfulness skills. I hope I can get the hang of it.

they would only accept me into the classes

if I was completely healthy and stable

told me otherwise it wouldn’t work

Get the headspace app or go on soundcloud and find a person called Mark Williams.

I do mindfulness,

here in England anybody can do it, don’t need to be stable…

I find it works especially around my social anxiety. I do mindfulness combined with CBT with my named nurse one to one.

I find it beneficial but it is early days.
