That is what the medications do if they are working. Switch to something else if you are feeling complicated.
Also, distracting your mind with an entertaining media like Netflix will help a lot to simplify things, get your mind off what ever is so complex. Do not use caffeine so much, reduce it by half and sleep more this will help a lot.
I don’t know. It was one of the many thing Gertrude Stein wrote that I don’t understand. All I know is that in her experience she did what he said and things turned out that way.
I recommend a fine scented candle and a hot cup of herbal tea. Maybe a good book from the library. Best stress relief I know of that doesn’t involve a camera.
