To know I wish you all well. I’m in a stable, calm place right now. I know it can all change in a blink of an eye, but I won’t let my symptoms take away the care I have worked to have for my fellow humans. I want this place to be safe, and a supportive site. I have seen some sad posts lately and I hope it shall pass and you may have peace and a healthy mind.

The heat is making me sluggish. It’s hard to think as clear as I did in May so it’s hard to offer support. But I Hope everyone is as well as can be!!
